**** Hari Pal Verma, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition, filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of complaint (Annexure P-3) filed by respondent-complainant under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 as amended by the Negotiable Instruments (Amendment) Act, 2002. The complaint is stated to be pending before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Faridkot.

Learned counsel for the complainant states that in the said complaint, the petitioner has already been convicted by the trial Court and has been sentenced for one year.

In view of the fact that the very complaint filed under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act sought to be quashed in the instant petition has already been decided, no case for quashing the complaint under Section 482 Cr.PC is made out.
