CORAM:
HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE RITU BAHRI
Present:
Mr. Shoaib Khan, Advocate, for the petitioners. **** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.230 dated 24.08.2015, under Sections 406 and 498-A IPC, registered at Police Station Pinjore, District Panchkula. After arguing for some time, learned counsel intends to withdraw the present petition to enable the petitioners to take/urge all the pleas contained in it before the learned trial Court. Dismissed as withdrawn, with the afore-said liberty, as prayed for.
However, keeping in view the fact that the petitioner Nos.1 and 2 are old parents-in-law whereas petitioner Nos.3 to 6 are distant relatives of complainant, the personal presence of the petitioners is exempted before the trial Court.
