The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No.14 dated 19.01.2021 under Sections 498-A/406 IPC and Sections 2, 5 and 6 of the Child Marriage Restraint Act, 1929 registered at Police Station Dinanagar, District Gurdaspur.
