**** JAGMOHAN BANSAL , J. (Oral) The petitioners through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. are seeking quashing of order dated 20.10.2022 (Annexure P-9) and subsequent orders passed by Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Mukerian. Mr. Dadwal, learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, submits that though the petitioners have not been summoned by the trial Court to face the trial, still notice has been issued. The petitioners are ready to argue the matter on the application under Section 190 Cr.P.C., however, personal appearance of the petitioners may be exempted. Without commenting on merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of and the personal appearance of the petitioners before trial Court shall remain exempted. They are at liberty to appear before the trial Court through counsel.
