Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 and 4 to protect their life and liberty from the hands of respondents No. 5 to 7. Notice of motion was issued.

Learned State counsel has placed on record copy of the order dated 11.10.2015 (copy of the order has been placed on record) whereby Special Investigation Team has been constituted to carry out investigation on day-to-day basis and it has been further ordered that the said team will conclude the investigation at the earliest and submit the report. Learned State counsel, on instructions from Assistant Sub Inspector Gurmeet Singh, has submitted that as requested by the petitioners, necessary protection has also been provided to them.

In view of the order passed by the Commissioner of GURPREET SINGH 2015.10.14 12:15 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh
