******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Petitioner No. 1-Kamal Gogna is present in person and submits that his son Rakesh Kumar and daughter-in-law Sakshi are posing threats to life and liberty of petitioners. A representation (Annexure P-1) was made by petitioners to the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana to this effect but no action was taken. Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana to look into representation (Annexure P-1) made by petitioners and take appropriate action in accordance with law. However, it is made clear that nothing contained in this order shall be interpreted as giving protection to the petitioners against any action in civil, criminal or other proceedings instituted/initiated/pending against them.
