Reference by the learned counsel for the respondent-University is made to the orders dated 08.03.2021 and 12.03.2021 of this Court, wherein it has been specifically recorded that the petitioner, during pendency of the present petition, stands promoted as Library Assistant vide order dated 08.03.2021. 2.

In view of the above, learned counsel prays that liberty be granted to the petitioner to represent the respondents, in case, any grievance still subsists, with regard to the date of promotion.
