(ORAL) Through this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.06 dated 11.01.2023 under Sections 457 and 380 IPC (added 411 IPC), registered at Police Station, NarotJaimal Singh, Pathankot, Punjab. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Manish Kumar submits that in compliance of order dated 22.02.2023, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 22.02.2023 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
