JUSTICE GURVINDER SINGH GILL Present:- Mr. Gopal Singh Nahel, Advocate for the petitioner. ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had made complaints by way of representations (Annexure P-1 and P-2) against respondent No.4-Ajaib Singh and that said Ajaib Singh has now been issuing threats to cause harm to the petitioner, who is a lady aged 39 years and is residing alone.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from making any expression as regards the veracity of averments made in the petition, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Barnala to get the alleged threat perception of the petitioner examined and in case it is found that there is any imminent threat to life and liberty of the petitioner, then requisite steps as warranted under law be taken thereupon at the earliest.
