AG Punjab, on instructions from ASI Parminder Singh, Police Station Phillaur, District Jalandhar Rural submits that the investigations in this case are almost complete and undertakes that by all means report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. shall be filed in the Court within two months from today. In the light of the same, the present matter is rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such. However, in case the respondents do not undergo or fulfill this undertaking, the petitioner reserves the right to invoke the jurisdiction of this Court on the same very grounds afresh.
