By way of present revision petition, challenge has been made to the orders dated 08.08.2014 and 10.02.2021 passed by the learned Rent Controller, Ludhiana, as well as Appellate Authority, Ludhiana, passing order of eviction against the petitioner from the tenanted premises comprising of a shop situated in Model Town, Dugri Road, Ludhiana. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the possession already stands delivered to the respondent-landlady in the execution proceedings and thus, the petitioners do not wish to press the present petition. 3.
