ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 13.01.2020 passed in ROR No.710 of 2019 vide which the appointment of respondent No.3 as Lamberdar was stayed.

As per the affidavit filed by the Deputy Commissionercum-District Collector, Hoshiarpur and Tehsildar, Dasuya, it is stated that on receiving the information regarding the stay, the necessary entry was made in the record and respondent No.3 is not working as a Lamberdar, as on today.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
