(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition, filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973, is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.69 dated 05.09.2015, registered under Sections 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal code, at Police Station City Budhlada, District Mansa.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. In view of the above submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
