Prayer in this writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to afford benefit of teaching experience and higher qualification to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the State has produced a copy of a form submitted by the petitioner at the time of scrutiny, wherein against column of experience, the petitioner has mentioned a categoric 'No'. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to explain that this is so for the reason that she was asked about her experience of teaching at a school whereas she had taught at a college and her experience in this regard had been duly uploaded with her application form. When faced with the situation where no such pleadings are present in this writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the same and file afresh with complete and better particulars. Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforementioned.
