Tribhuvan Dahiya, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to declare the petitioner eligible for the post of Art and Craft Teacher, pursuant to advertisement No.6/2006, Annexure P-1. 2.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has been recommended for appointment as Art and Craft Teacher, and has been allocated Government Senior Secondary School, Khairoli (Mahendragarh) [3821].

Learned senior counsel submits that pursuant to the recommendation, the petitioner has now been found medically fit but has not been allowed to join, though the juniors have been so allowed. Therefore, the respondents may be bound down to join the petitioner within a specified time.

In view of the facts aforesaid, this petition is disposed of PAYAL 2023.08.11 18:32 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/document
