SUVIR SEHGAL, J. (Oral) Instant petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for the release of the detenues mentioned in para No.3 of the petition from the illegal custody of respondents No.4 to 6. In pursuance to the order dated 18.02.2020 passed by this Court, State has filed an affidavit of District Magistrate-cum-Deputy Commissioner, Ambala, wherein, it has been deposed that none of the alleged detenues were found at the brick kiln. In view of the above, it cannot be said that any person has been illegally detained by the private respondents. No orders are called for.
