The present petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC for quashing of FIR No.100 dated 09.06.2021 registered under Sections 384, 419, 420, 120-B IPC and Sections 66, 66(B)(D), 75 of the IT Act 188/269 of IPC and 51(B) of Disaster Management Act (added later on) at Police Station Sadar, Ambala, District Ambala Haryana and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel submits that challan has since been presented, thus, he prays for withdrawal of the petition at this stage. 3.
