Learned counsel submits that the petitioner had retired on attating the age of superannuation on 30.04.2023 from the post of Superintendent and has submitted a legal notice dated 16.12.2024, Annexure P-3, with regard to the claim as raised in the present petition, however, the same has yet not evoked any response. He thus, on instructions prays that a direction may be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner, to which learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made. 3. In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the legal notice dated 16.12.2024, within a period of 4 months, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and MOHIT 2025.02.14 15:17 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
