"As per office report, notice could not be issued to the respondents as no process fee has been deposited.

Let process fee be deposited within a period of ten days from today, thereafter notice be issued to respondent No.1 only for 08.01.2026." As per office report, despite expiry of approximately six months, the said order has not been complied with which clearly shows that the appellants are not interested to pursue the present appeal.

Dismissed for want of prosecution.
