**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Petitioner seeks bail pending trial in FIR No. 62 dated 12.2.2014 under Sections 307/120-B/34 IPC registered at Police Station Mahesh Nagar, Ambala.

Learned counsel for the State submits that all the PWs have been examined and the next date of hearing before the learned trial court is 27.5.2015.

Faced with the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not intend to press this petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed, at this stage.
