The 2nd petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 334 dated 31.10.2023 under Section 148, 149, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 25/54/59 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Badli, District Jhajjar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been compromised between the parties and this Court vide order dated 05.02.2024 passed in CRM-M-6113-2024 (O&M) has fixed the date i.e. 15.02.2024 for recording of their statements, however, the trial Court has fixed the date for recording of the statements on 23.02.2024. 3.

Although, learned counsel for the petitioner admits the fact, that the petitioner was absconding from the process of law, was not mentioned in the compromise quashing bearing No. CRM-M-6113-2024 however, he is ready to surrender tomorrow i.e. before recording of their PARUL 2024.02.22 19:12 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document statements.

In light of the above, the present petition stands disposed of and the petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court on 23.02.2024 and in case, he applies for grant of regular bail, the same shall be considered expeditiously preferably within five working days or even before, keeping in view the compromise effected between the parties in accordance with law.
