Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the parties have since settled the matter before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court and they have entered into a settlement dated 18.09.2025. As per terms of the settlement dated 18.09.2025, respondent No.3-Insurance Company shall pay a consolidated amount of ₹3,00,000/- towards full and final settlement over and above the amount of compensation already awarded by the Tribunal. As agreed, the Insurance Company shall hand over banker's cheque(s) to the claimant-appellant(s) within a period of 60 days from today. 2.

The present appeal is accordingly disposed off in the above terms.
