This Court vide order dated 15.09.2025, had passed the hereinafter extracted order:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though notice of motion has not been issued in CWP-5417-2022, till date. However, he further apprises this Court, on instructions from the quarter concerned, that during the pendency of the instant writ petition(s), the demise of contesting respondent No.2, has occurred, and therefore, he has made a request for an adjournment, to implead the LRs of deceased respondent No.2, if any, on or before the next date of hearing.
The asked for request is accepted.

On dated 05.02.2026, since learned counsel for the petitioners, pleaded no instructions, this Court ordered to issue court notice to the petitioner.

As per the office report, notice issued to the petitioner in CWP-4937-2022, has been received back with the report that he is not residing at the given address, however, intimation has been given to him on phone, about the date fixed before this Court by the process server. 4.
Today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners, in Court, in both the cases.

In view of the above, this Court can safely presume that the petitioners are not interested to pursue the instant petition. 6.
Accordingly, the instant petitions are ordered to be dismissed for non-prosecution.

All pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
A photocopy of this order be placed on the file of the connected case.
