Mr. Manoj R Sharma, Advocate for the petitioner. HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Grievance of the petitioner is that he and his son were attacked and caused injuries by respondent Nos.5 to 9. MLRs in respect of injuries sustained by them are annexed as P.1.

It is stated that a representation dated 16.02.2022 (P.3) has been submitted to the official respondents including respondent No.3 requesting that action be taken against the private respondents, however, no action has been taken so far.

Notice of motion.

Mr. B.S. Sewak, Addl.AG, Punjab. has accepted notice on behalf of State of Punjab.

Without commenting upon the merits of the case or opining on the veracity of the allegations contained in the representation, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3-The Senior Superintendent of Police, Pathankot to look into the grievance of the petitioner, as raised by him in the application (P.3) and take appropriate action, in accordance with law.
