ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.193 dated 21.09.2016 registered under Sections 307, 341, 427, 148, 149 IPC and 25/27 of the Arms Act at Police Station Dera Bassi, District S.A.S. Nagar.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, in pursuance to the order dated 26.03.2018, has already appeared before the trial Court and he has been released on interim bail. Counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Paramjit Singh, has not disputed the factual position and submits that the petitioner has already appeared before the trial Court. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 26.03.2018 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
