(Oral) The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature of mandamus for directing the respondents to take immediate action for the demolition of illegal and unauthorized construction at 27-L, New Colony, Gurugram, Haryana, in terms of the demolition order dated 25.04.2024 (Annexure P-4). 2.

CWP-7071-2026 (2) as a Duty Magistrate to oversee the demolition drives within the Area of Zone-II Municipal Corporation, Gurugram. Copy of aforesaid order is taken on record subject to all just exceptions. He further submits that the demolition order dated 25.04.2024 (Annexure P-4) shall be implemented within a period of three months from today subject to any legal impediment and/or any order passed by any higher authority/competent court in accordance with law.
