Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.58 dated 04.02.2023 under Sections 406 and 120B of the IPC registered at Police Station Islamabad Amritsar, District Amritsar.

Vide order dated 21.02.203, petitioners were granted the concession of interim bail in the following terms :- "Learned counsel for the petitioners inter alia contends that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the FIR in question. He submits that various civil proceedings are going on between the parties in which the complainant party was restrained from illegally and forcibly taking over the possession of the machinery and other equipment that are installed in the property as the dispute regarding ownership of the machinery and other equipment is still pending before the SATYAWAN 2023.07.28 12:26 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that pursuant to order dated 21.02.203, passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined the investigation and cooperated with the Investigating Agency. 4.

Learned State counsel has not disputed the submissions made by learned counsel opposite 5.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 21.02.203, is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
