(Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking issuance of direction to the respondents to investigate the matter in FIR No.0657 dated 14.11.2016 registered under Sections 120B, 406, 409, 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC at Police Station Sadar, Fatehabad.

Reply by way of affidavit of Gurdial Singh, Depurty Superintendent of Police, Fatehabad, District Fatehabad on behalf of the respondent - State has already been filed in the Court. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Mohinder Singh, submits that the police has prepared a cancellation report and the same will be presented before the trial Court within a period of one week.
