**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 75 dated 21.9.2017 registered at Police Station Women Police Bhiwani, District Bhiwani under Sections 376(2)(n), 363, 366-A, 506 IPC and Section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. Counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is in custody since 24.9.2017 and the trial is taking time. State counsel urges that the victim is a 13 years old girl and the trial is at a fag end and 15 witness out of 17 have been examined and one witness has been given up and only one witness remains to be examined and the case is fixed for 25.4.2018. State counsel also submits that the DNA had matched.

The trial is proceeding at a fast pace and only one witness remains to be examined. The allegations are serious. No case for bail is made out.
