Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Petitioner has approached this Court for setting aside order dated 19.11.2012(P-4) passed by learned JMIC, Jalandhar whereby respondent wife has been granted interim maintenance @ 20,000/- per month; further challenge is the order dated 19.11.2014(P-6) passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge,Jalandhar whereby revision filed by the petitioner has been dismissed.

None has appeared to argue the case since last three dates. Same is the position today.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
