HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Petitioner had filed a petition bearing CRM-M-25341-2019, which was disposed of vide order dated 31.05.2019 passed by this Court directing respondent No. 2-Superintendent of Police, Palwal to look into the matter and dispose of representation P-2 expeditiously. The claim of the petitioner in the said representation is that two accused namely Tahir and Jubaid, who were declared as proclaimed offenders in case registered under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, were not being arrested by the Police. Compliance report on behalf of the respondent has been filed wherein it has been stated that accused Jubaid has been arrested on 14.04.2021. It is stated that accused Tahir is evading arrest but efforts are being made to nab him.

In these circumstances, present petition has become infructuous and the same is disposed of as such.
