(ORAL) Instant petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for grant of interim bail to the petitioner in a case arising from FIR No.54 dated 18.03.2015 registered under Section 306 IPC at Police Station Dera Bassi, District SAS Nagar. Heard.
Petitioner has already filed application for grant of anticipatory bail in case arising from aforesaid FIR, which is pending for 15.04.2015 before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, SAS Nagar, Mohali. Present petition has been filed without waiting for the outcome of the application pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge. In view of above, I am not inclined to grant interim bail to the petitioner.
Dismissed.
