(ORAL) Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.PC for quashing of FIR No.170 dated 26.06.2021 (Annexure P-2) under Sections 120-B/148/149/323/395/448/506/511 of IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station Parao, Ambala Cantt. and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action with better particulars.
