CRM No.13883 of 2017 has been filed by the petitioner for permission to withdraw the main petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties. FIR No.230 dated 07.11.2013 under Sections 323/406/498A/114/295A/506/120 IPC registered at Police Station Ambala Sadar already stands quashed by this Court vide order dated 19.04.2017 in CRM No.M-3761 of 2017 on the basis of the compromise. With the consent of the parties, the main petition listed at Sr. No.527 on the regular board of this Bench, is taken up for hearing. Application is allowed. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
