Petitioner has prayed for a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned orders dated 25.02.2021, Annexure P-10 and 28.11.2019, Annexure P-6.

Learned counsel for the petitioner relies upon an order passed by this court in a case titled as 'Capital Small Finance Bank Ltd. versus ICICI Bank Ltd. and ors. (CWP-5208-2021 dated 05.03.2021) in support of his plea.

We dispose of the present writ petition with the observation that the petitioner as well as the respondents shall be at liberty to act in the same terms as directed in order passed in the aforesaid writ petition i.e. CWP5208-2021.
