He limits the relief claimed in this petition only for direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, to take appropriate action on his representation. Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Moga to look into the representation (Annexure P-1) made by petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
