Seeking issuance of appropriate directions to the respondents to release the petitioner on parole in the complaint mentioned above, the petitioner has come up before this court by filing the present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India. 2.

Given the new instructions issued vide Circular No.15/2024 dated 20.07.2024, present petition is disposed of with direction to decide the case of the petitioner under above mentioned fresh instructions. It is clarified that while deciding the case of the petitioner, the authorities will not be influenced by previous order of rejection. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
