*** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Present revision petition is to set aside impugned order dated 24.01.2023 (Annexure P-5) passed by learned Appellate Authority, whereby a meagre amount of mesne profits @ Rs.1500/- per month was determined in respect of demised premises, which is a shop measuring 180 square feet located in a commercial locality.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/landlord, at the outset, submits that he does not wish to press the instant revision in case his pending appeal is decided expeditiously.

In the premise, without expressing any opinion either on the maintainability or concealment of facts, as is being objected to by learned counsel for respondent/tenants or merits of the instant petition, same is disposed of with an expectation that learned Appellate Authority shall endeavour to decide the pending appeal, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournments.
