(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of case FIR No.281 dated 29.08.2019 (Annexure P/1) registered at Police Station Sohana, District SAS Nagar for offence punishable under Sections 363 and 511 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 along with all subsequent proceedings. The case was earlier listed for 12.03.2020 when no one had appeared on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was adjourned. Then, again on 27.07.2022, no one had appeared on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was adjourned for 19.10.2022. On 19.10.2022 also the matter was adjourned as the Advocates were abstaining from work. Thereafter, the matter was listed on 23.11.2022, then again nobody had appeared on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was adjourned for today i.e.

14.12.2022 and direction was issued to notify the counsel for the petitioner of the date fixed. As per the office report, counsel for the petitioner has been informed through AMANDEEP GOSAIN 2022.12.

   

 -&- E-mail. Today also nobody has appeared on behalf of the petitioner despite second call. It appears that the petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the present matter.
