(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a complaint case No.064/2 dated 19.08.2011 titled "Jaswant Singh vs. Baldev Singh and another" under Section 3 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and Section 294 IPC, pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Jagraon.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

While issuing notice of motion on 08.04.2015, petitioner was permitted to appear before the trial Court and submit bail bonds. On doing so, he was directed to be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the trial Court.

No. M-11110 of 2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has appeared before the trial Court and he has been released on interim bail on furnishing his bail bonds to the satisfaction of trial Court. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 08.04.2015 passed by this Court is made absolute. In case the statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner is found to be incorrect, respondents will be at liberty to move application before this Court for cancellation of bail. Petition disposed of accordingly.
