' /010.(0(2- ' # # - - 3 Instant petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners from respondents No.4 to 6 as they are living in live-in-relationship against their wishes.
Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that private respondents have been threatening the petitioners of dire consequences. It has also been contended that petitioner No.1 is a major whose date of birth is 11.07.2002 as per Adhaar Card (Annexure P-2).
2 On a pointed query put to learned counsel for the petitioners as to whether any DDR/FIR regarding the missing of petitioner No.2 had been filed by the private respondents or any criminal case registered against petitioner No.1 pertaining to the elopement of petitioner No.2 with petitioner No.1, learned counsel for the petitioners has feigned ignorance about the same. Notice of motion to State.
On the asking of Court, Ms. Tanushree Gupta, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State. Learned State counsel shall verify the authenticity of Adhaar Card (Annexure P-2) and shall also apprise the Court on the next date of hearing as to whether any FIR/DDR stands registered against petitioner No.1 qua the abduction or kidnapping of petitioner No.2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that now the petitioners have got married on 08.03.2021 and respondent Nos.4 to 6 have no objection to the said marriage and the petitioners have no apprehension at this stage.
Learned State counsel has stated that on instructions from SI Om Parkash in pursuance of the above-said order they have verified the Aadhaar Card (Annexure P-2), which was found genuine and has also submitted that there is no FIR/DDR against the petitioners and also reiterated the fact that the petitioners are married and there is no apprehension to them and the petitioners are residing together happily.
Keeping in view, the above-said facts and circumstances, the present petition is disposed of being rendered as infructuous.
