**** Jitendra Chauhan, J. (Oral) By filing the present petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner has sought anticipatory bail in case FIR No.98, dated 04.09.2015, registered under Section 15 of NDPS Act, at Police Station Julkan, District Patiala. It is contended that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case and the alleged recovery of 240 kgs of poppy husk has been planted upon him. He further states that in pursuance of the order dated 07.04.2016, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

The learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is not required for KUMAR SUMIT 2016.07.15 17:48 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the interim bail granted by this Court vide order dated 07.04.2016, is made absolute, subject to the conditions contained in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
