The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.125 dated 04.07.2019, under Sections 366, 366-A IPC (Section 376 IPC and Section 4 of the POCSO Act, 2012 added later on), registered at Police Station Sanoli, District Panipat.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 14.09.2021, passed by this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the Court below. He has placed on record the copy of the order of Trial Court dated 20.09.2021, wherein the said fact stands reflected. The said order of learned Trial Court dated 20.09.2021 is taken on record subject to all just exceptions.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 14.09.2021 is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
