(Oral) This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside order dated 31.01.2024 (Annexure P-4) passed by learned Deputy Collector, Abohar, order dated 01.03.2024 (Annexure P-5) passed by learned Divisional Canal Officer, Rajasthan Canal Officer, Rajasthan Canal Division, Ferozepur and order dated 03.07.2024 (Annexure P-6) passed by learned Superintending Canal Officer, Ferozepur Canal Circle, Ferozepur. 2.

Despite second call, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner in Court today. It appears that the petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the present petition.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
