Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 to 3 to protect their life and liberty from the hands of respondents No.4 to 6 as they are harassing them on the account that they have solemnized their marriage against their wishes. It is alleged that both the petitioners are major. They have placed on file the copy of Adhar Card of petitioner No.1, which shows her date of birth to be 8.8.1991 and the driving licence of petitioner No.2, which shows his date of birth to be 20.3.1991. They have also placed on file the photographs of their marriage and the certificate issued by Gurudwara Dasmesh Pitah Patshahi 10th, Panchkula Sector 2, which shows that marriage of the petitioners was solmenized on 1.4.2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioners pleads that the petitioners are living at Village & Post Office Baroli, Tehsil and District S.A.S.Nagar (Mohali) and they apprehend danger to their life and liberty. DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2015.04.

Criminal Misc. No. M-11140 of 2015 The present petition is hereby disposed of with a direction that Senior Superintendent of Police, S.A.S.Nagar (Mohali) to consider the representation, if any, moved to him within seven days from today by the petitioners for providing the police protection in view of the threat perception to the petitioners to protect their life and liberty at the hands of respondents No.4 to 6. It is made clear that this order has nothing to do with the question of validity of the marriage between the petitioners. (Darshan Singh) Judge April 7, 2015 "DK"
