This petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, for quashing of summoning order dated 23.1.2026 issued under Section 319 Cr.P.C. by Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ludhiana in FIR No.262 dated 27.7.2018 under Sections 420 and 511 IPC, registered at Police Station Sahnewal, Police Commissionerate Ludhiana.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition in hand with liberty to file afresh on the same cause of action after giving complete particulars as also by appending all requisite documents.
