(Oral) The petitioner seeks grant of the anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in a case bearing FIR No.49 dated 15.02.2022 under Sections 3, 7, 10 of Essential Commodities Act, 1955 Sections 5, 8, 25, 28 of Fertilizer Control Order Act, 1985 Section 3 of Fertilizer Movement Control Order Act, 1973 and Section 420 IPC at Police Station Asauda, District Jhajjar. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated March 10, 2022, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.
The learned State counsel on instructions from SI Ankit submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation in terms of the order dated March 10, 2022, and is not required for custodial interrogation. In this view of the matter, interim order dated March 10, 2022, is made absolute.
However, the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
The petition stands disposed of.
