Through the instant petition preferred under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the prayer is made for quashing of FIR No.180, dated 17.11.2015, under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of IPC, registered at Police Station Division No.7, Jalandhar (Annexure P-1) and all subsequent proceedings, including the final report and order dated 14.03.2019, whereby the petitioner has been declared as a proclaimed offender. 2.

This Court vide order dated 09.11.2023 directed the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court and in case she cause appearance, the trial Court concerned was directed to admit the petitioner to interim bail to its satisfaction.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in fact the petitioner has caused appearance before the trial Court concerned and she has been released on interim bail. She further submits that at this stage she is not pressing for the main relief i.e. quashing of FIR as the petitioner opted to face the trial, however, liberty has been sought to raise all the pleas raised in the instant petition before the trial Court concerned at the relevant time. 4.

The instant petition, therefore, is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. The direction made by this Court, whereby the petitioner was directed to be released by the trial Court on interim bail, is hereby made absolute.
