Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 CrPC is for quashing of Cross version case under Sections 325/324/506 IPC in FIR No.27 dated 2.4.2007 under Sections 447/353/323/506/34 IPC registered at Police Station GRP, Railway Station, Jalandhar, District Jalandhar. Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appropriate application under Section 482 CrPC for setting aside of judgment of conviction based on compromise between the parties. Learned counsel for respondents no.2 and 3 have no objection in case the conviction of the petitioner is set aside. Given above, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty to file an appropriate application in the pending appeal. It is clarified that disposal of the present petition shall not come in the way of the petitioner in any manner while filing the application.
