The present petition has been filed in the year 2000 for challenging the impugned award dated 31.01.2000 (Annexure P-1) by which, the claim of the petitioner that her services were wrongly terminated by the respondent-department was rejected by the labour Court. . 2.

Perusal of the file reveals that no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner since long.

Today again, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, hence, it can be safely presumed that after a period of more than two decades, the petitioner might not be interested in pursuing the present remedy.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
